It’s paired with crisp sweet corn from Munson Farm and hydroponic tomatoes from Rocky Mountain Fresh to celebrate a truly resilient Colorado ecosystem. Come in and get a taste of Colorado cuisine at its peak!
Also, Jax launched both a patio party series, Siren Socials, every Friday from 3 PM to 6 PM, and a weekly meet-the-maker series featuring Colorado-based beverage brands such as Peak Spirits and Leopold Bros, paired with small bites from Chef Duane. It’s the kind of Friday afternoon that makes you remember why you live here.
