The team of chefs kicks off Stoic & Genuine’s School of Fish Cooking Classes in the kitchen. During a two-hour class you’ll learn the cooking techniques that apply to different types of seafood – some classic and some modern. Cooking seafood is a labor of love and S&G looks forward to sharing its passion with you!

Each class is $115, begins at 10 AM, and includes lunch. Each class is limited to 12 people and requires a reservation (opentable.com/r/stoic-and-genuine-denver).

July 6th – Summer Boil on the Patio and 10th Anniversary Celebration: Watch our culinary team as we create the seafood boils that have become our our summer tradition.
August 3rd – Iceland: Known for North Atlantic Cod, the cold clear waters of Iceland are home to so many more delicacies.
September 7th – Mollusks: Clams, oysters, mussels and octopus, oh my! Learn the ins and outs of prepping and serving the mollusks of the day.
October 5th – Sea Monsters: Will it be monkfish, sea urchin or maybe even the Loch Ness monster? We’ll conquer the monsters of the sea.
November 2nd – Seafood Pastas: Learn how to make several pasta doughs and transform them into delicious seafood pasta dishes.
December 7th – Peru: The team will explain and prepare a few of the many species native to this magical South American country with a 1910-mile coastline.
