New Restaurant in LoDo: Le Do Thai

The District is pleased to welcome a new restaurant in LoDo: Le Do Thai, at 1550 Blake Street. In its promotion, restaurateur Sirikaste says, “I wanted it to be a place where family and friends can gather and share joy.… We can serve individual dishes, but if people want to do family style, we can do that, too.”
Westword reports that Le Do Thai has “a wide-ranging menu that spans papaya salad and larb to soups like the spicy Thai Volcano with shrimp, scallops, squid and mussels, as well as stir-fried dishes, noodles and more.”

Little Finch Launches Catering!
Little Finch, at 1490 16th Street, has launched a catering service. Says Jaden Spencer, its Director of Operations, “Catering is brand-new to us and we are excited to serve the LoDo partners in the neighborhood!”
Little Finch is going to lean more into its coffee niche with a revamped cocktail menu, offer comfort staples such as grilled cheese & tomato soup, and enhance its breakfast options.
This eatery is a favorite of your correspondent, who looks forward to more ways to enjoy its food.

Blanchard Family Wine pairs wine and romance!
On Saturday Feb. 7, learn to mix three wine cocktails to enjoy with your sweetie or bestie. Guests will also take home the recipes and fun tips and tricks for entertaining. This event is $67 per person.
On Valentine’s Day, enjoy a Blindfolded Tasting at one of two times (6 PM or 8 PM). Ditch the distractions and trust your senses! This playful, intimate tasting is designed to spark connection and curiosity. Guests can enjoy a fully blindfolded wine flight featuring four wines per person. Perfect for couples who want to try something different this Valentine’s Day, the experience also includes a bottle of wine (and two blindfolds) to take home. $95 per couple.
