The Central Platte Valley Metropolitan District is excited to host its second annual Winter Festival at downtown Denver’s 17th Street Community Gardens. Free and open to all, the CPVMD Winter Festival will feature an eclectic mix of favorite local musicians playing holiday tunes, festive holiday crafts, hot cocoa and cookies, and tons of downtown family fun.
