Celebrate Earth Day by helping our local parks and river. Pacifico Preserves South Platte Stewardship Day, presented by REI and AllTrails, needs your help restoring local parks along the South Platte River. Volunteer groups will assist with trash removal and habitat restoration to care for these vital green spaces and get them ready for a busy summer season.
Register here (a headcount enables adequate supplies). This event is intended for volunteers 12 years of age and older. Younger children are definitely welcome, but please note there will not be any child specific stewardship projects.
What to Bring
- Closed-toed shoes
- Weather-appropriate clothing
- Full water bottle
- Work gloves (used pairs will be available to borrow)
