Join Coohills for its Hugel Wine Dinner! Chef Tom Coohill will serve five courses paired with wines from Hugel & Fils and Vanessa Gruez will speak. The Hugel family founded the vineyard in 1693, in picturesque Riquewihr, in the Alsace department of France, and is 100% family-owned and managed by the twelfth consecutive generation of the family. Ms. Gruez, a sommelier, is certified by Wine & Spirit Education Trust and trained at the Académie Internationale des Vins d’Alsace.
Courses include tarte flambée, matelote (an Alsatian fish stew), choucroute garnié, spaetzle, and fromage blanc tart. Reserve here at $110 per person (plus service and tax).
