The host for the evening, fashion designer Brooks Luby, uses the space as her private atelier. Known for blending modern silhouettes with vintage textiles, Brooks’ work beautifully reflects the creative reuse of this historic industrial landmark.
Guests may choose from two entry times and will enjoy cocktails and light appetizers while exploring this remarkable space over their 90-minute stay.
