Chef Lon Symensma and ChoLon invite you to join us for a special evening of celebration, featuring an incredible lineup of 10+ chefs and guest bartenders, delicious bites, drinks, a DJ, and plenty of opportunity to mingle and celebrate with the best and brightest of Denver’s culinary community and beyond. However, this celebration is about more than just 16 years of ChoLon.
Proceeds from the event will support three important causes to us: the Melanoma Research Foundation, Colon Cancer Awareness, and Sophie’s Neighborhood.
