Shake things up this January with Blanchard Family Wines & Salta Events! Head to the Dairy Block Alley tasting room to mix up three seasonal cocktails, all available in no, low, or regular ABV options. Participants will learn how to layer flavors and use basic bar skills to create fancy and festive drinks at home. Included in the class are all ingredients, bar tools to mix up the drinks, recipes, and tips and tricks for cocktail and mocktail-making. The class is $67 per person, with reservations required.
