Coohills Restaurant supports local non-profits with its Beats on the Creek Summer Concert Series. This year it is raising funds for First Descents, which provides life-changing outdoor adventures for young adults impacted by cancer and other serious health conditions.s.
Admission to the bridge is $10 and there are no advanced ticket sales. Wristbands are available for purchase in the restaurant day of starting at 5:00 PM and at 6:00 PM on the bridge.

Cocktails in Cool Places: Aurora Fox Theater

Historic Denver‘s next Cocktails in Cool Places takes you beyond Denver’s borders to one of the metro area’s most distinctive historic buildings: the Aurora Fox Theater. It is one of fewer than 100 Quonset hut movie theaters ever built in this country, and one of only a handful still in operation. After decades of decline and a devastating 1981 fire, the community rallied to save the beloved landmark.
Come to the Fox’s intimate studio theater for cocktails and light appetizers as Chris Geddes, Aurora’s Historic Preservation Specialist, shares the story of the theater’s rise, near loss, and remarkable second act. Guests must be 21+.

Grab a bite and sip drink specials from some of your Larimer Square favorites. There will be free buttered popcorn, or you could splurge on truffle popcorn from Ocean Prime. While supplies last, get a free toy baseball too.
Dana Day: A Tribute to Dana Crawford

Dana Day at Larimer Square is a community celebration honoring the legacy of Dana Crawford, the visionary behind the preservation and revival of the block. Known for saving Larimer Street from demolition in the 1960s and transforming it into Denver’s first historic district, Crawford helped shape the city’s modern cultural identity.
Returning for its second year, Dana Day brings that spirit to life with live music and neighborhood energy, celebrating the history, creativity, and community she championed. Archival photos and materials will be on display, offering a glimpse into the rich history of Larimer Square and Dana’s lasting impact. Enjoy live sets throughout the afternoon from the Annie Booth Quartet and Keith Oxman Quartet, and join us in celebrating Dana.
Guests who RSVP will receive a complimentary glass of champagne, with a non-alcoholic option available. Larimer Square looks forward to celebrating with you on the Square.
