As October marks National Seafood Month, Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar is thrilled to announce a month-long celebration featuring exclusive whole fish specials at all locations. From crispy fried Yellowtail Snapper to CDMX style Pompano, each week will highlight a unique culinary journey showcasing fresh and sustainable seafood. From Oct. 21–27, Jax will offer Whole Grilled Alamosa Striped Bass, farm-raised in Colorado, paired with Baba ganoush, za’atar roasted carrots, charred broccolini, and sweet tahini.
