Peruvian-born chef Brian De Souza and Iowa native Syd Younggreen met in an NYC Kitchen. They crossed paths and palates under the pressure and meticulous eyes of their mentor, Chef Omar. Before moving to Colorado, they spent time traveling and creating private dinner events for clients around the country.

They arrive to the scene with an innovative á la carte menu with influences from their experiences throughout the world.
The menu is complimented by a refreshing craft cocktail selection and impressive wine list curated by beverage director Bruce Martin Polack. Spend an evening and become a Regular.
