CHFA strengthens Colorado by investing in affordable housing and community development. They offer financial resources to strengthen homeownership, affordable rental housing, and businesses.Participating lenders and community partners help them deploy their resources statewide. Together with their partners, CHFA has invested more than $18.9 billion in Colorado’s economy. These resources have helped:111,363 Colorado homebuyers achieve homeownership;147,992 households attend homebuyer education classes held statewide;68,658 affordable rental housing units be developed or preserved; and5,861 businesses access capital to support 67,583 jobs.CHFA’s work revitalizes neighborhoods and creates jobs. They believe everyone in Colorado should have the opportunity for housing stability and economic prosperity.
