Once they arrive at a gym\, they’ll complete the designated workout—whether it’s strength\, endurance\, or agility—before heading out to the next gym in the sequence. \nFrom the potential of push-ups to assault bike\, wall balls to kettlebell swings\, this challenge tests all aspects of fitness. Only after completing each gym’s workout can the athlete continue\, making this a true test of both physical and mental toughness. After conquering the final gym’s challenge\, participants will race back to McGregor Square to finish strong.
