DESCRIPTION:Give back to our parks and our planet with SPREE at Greenway Foundation’s free\, family volunteer event! Join a family-friendly trash pick-up led by South Platte River Environmental Education (SPREE) staff. Afterwards\, we’ll come together for some crafts and activities. Adults and kids over 12 must attend with someone under 12. No solo adult registrations will be accepted. Other stewardship events are for adults and children over 12. All children must be accompanied by an adult. \nPlease register for this free event\, and bring weather-appropriate clothing (hat\, sunscreen\, jacket\, etc.)\, closed-toed shoes\, a full water bottle​\, and snacks. SPREE will provide light breakfast snacks and coffee. Free street parking is available along S. Jason Street and in a free lot on West Exposition Ave \nYou will receive a confirmation email upon registration\, then another about a week before to the event with day-of information. When the event reaches capacity\, SPREE will begin a waitlist\, then email instructions so you can still complete the fun activities on your own! \nSign up here.
