DESCRIPTION:The team of chefs kicks off Stoic & Genuine’s School of Fish Cooking Classes in the kitchen. During a two-hour class you’ll learn the cooking techniques that apply to different types of seafood – some classic and some modern. Cooking seafood is a labor of love and S&G looks forward to sharing its passion with you! \nEach class is $115\, begins at 10 AM\, and includes lunch. Each class is limited to 12 people and requires a reservation (opentable.com/r/stoic-and-genuine-denver). \nOctober 5th – Sea Monsters: Will it be monkfish\, sea urchin or maybe even the Loch Ness monster? We’ll conquer the monsters of the sea.
