DESCRIPTION:River Cleanup & Happy Hour! Join fellow young professionals for a relaxed evening giving back to the South Platte River. Meet at Johnson Habitat Park for a trash pickup along the river\, then stick around to enjoy cold drinks and good company in the park. \nYoung professionals (however you define that!) looking to connect\, give back\, and spend a beautiful summer evening outside. Start by cleaning up the riverside trail\, then unwind together with refreshments & pizza. If weather doesn’t cooperate\, we have our education building in this park for an indoor space! \nTGF will provide trash gloves\, trash grabbers\, and hand-sanitizer. \nWe encourage you to bring: \n\nWeather appropriate clothing\nClose-toed shoes\nLayers\nFull water bottle\nA friend! Let’s grow this community!\nThis is a great way to make a real impact and expand your community. Let’s keep our parks clean and our river flowing.
